This short video is a short introduction to the concepts of Self Directed Learning (SDL) and Self Regulated Learning (SRL). The video defines SDL and SRL by providing examples of both highlighting the similarities and differences between the two processes. The examples used to explain SDL and SRL are applicable to adult learners, specifically those within the ID field.
